Senior Experience Designer
Patricia was instrumental in creating concepts for the business vision. She quickly understood the business drivers and suggested a card sorting exercise with stakeholders. She collaborated with visionaries to sketch multiple examples of how the Health Profile could appear on a dashboard. She applied branding and style guide alignment to design the branded experience.
Business Goal: Provide customers a place to own and manage their health information utilizing back-end system data from pharmacy and insurance providers. Ultimately this project was effective in providing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for the Health Solution at CVS Health. The outcome had a list of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that substantiated the Health Dashboard project.
